Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking soda in 2/3 cups water
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 cups cooked pumpkin (or 16 ounce can)
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients except nuts
- Blend until smooth
- Fold in nuts.
- Flour 2 loaf pans lightly
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
