Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork/mild breakfast sausage
- 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
- small grated onion [1/2 cup]
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp each pepper, allspice, ginger, nutmeg
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- small raw potato, grated
- 1 can mushroom soup
Instructions:
- Mix well. Shape into balls the size of a walnut.
- Brown meatballs in butter. Put browned meatballs in a roaster or slow cooker.
- Use mushroom soup in fry pan to make gravy.
- Add mushrooms if you’d like. Add soup and use milk if needed.
- Pour over meatballs.

Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees or warm in slow cooker.
